What are the fees for your products?

After your free trial has ended you can choose to keep using both mobile- and officeRadar for a monthly fee of 99,95 euro.

Can I sell my products on your website?

Not at the moment, but we are working on a platform on which our customers can sell and buy metals.

Do your products include a newsfeed?

Yes, global news and news for the metal industry is presented in real-time.

Can I switch between mobile- and officeRadar during my subscription?

No problem, just give us a call.

How many people can use one subscription?

One at a time.

What is the LME?

LME stands for 'London Metal Exchange', this is the prominent exchange for base metals.

I've got a suggestion for one of your products, are you interested?

Absolutely, please contact us, we are always open for suggestions. Maybe it will be included in our next version.

Do I have to enter my credentials every time on your mobile product?

No, only the first time.

Can I look up prices from the past?

Yes, we've got extended historical data, you can look up any base metal price from January 1st 2007.

In which languages are your products offered?

officeRadar includes English, German, French and Dutch. Other languages may be added on request.

I've got a new mobile phone, how can get mobileRadar installed?

We have got installation manuals for practically every mobile phone. If you do not succeed installing with the manual we are happy to assist you by telephone.

Can I use officeRadar on more than one PC?

Yes sure. You can use it on any PC, just by visiting our customer site and logging in. Only one person can be logged in at a time though.

Can I choose which information is on my screen?

You can arrange your personal page to display exactly what you prefer.

Which mobile phones can I use for mobileRadar?

You can use mobileRadar with any phone that has internet.

Can I install you products myself?

Sure! In reality there isn't really any installation to be done. The applications load themself in your browser (either on the PC or on your mobile phone). Just add a bookmark.

For which metals do you offer price information?

Included are the base metals copper, aluminum, nickel, zinc, tin and lead and the precious metals gold, silver, platinum and palladium.

Starting March 1st 2008, we will offer price information of minor metals.".

 

In which currencies can I get the prices?

Euro's, US Dollars, GBP's and Swiss Francs.

Why not delayed data?

Because the prices of metals move very much, we feel we can I only offer perfect service in real-time data.
